Karen takes the bookings, takes the photos and edits the website. She writes a regular monthly column for the Hornsea community news, and has also published the first two novels of the Georgie Crane dog-whisperer trilogy (see the Georgie Crane page)
A founder member of HDOC, Karen has loved dogs all her life, and trained her own (with varying degrees of success!)
Who is BIPDT qualified and is HDOC’s resident instructor. Owning over 30 years experience, from puppies to problem dogs, her classes are always fun, creative and informative. Long-time helper and willing training assistant, Ann has a lifetime affinity with dogs. Whilst volunteering at Hull Animal Wefare Trust, she bacame a renowned ‘foster-failer’ who kept adopting the residents!

Another lifelong dog-person, Jo, who has been a club member for many years, has recently gained her Level One, dog-training qualification, with distinction, and is hoping to progress further in 2023.

A lifelong dog-lover who has trained all her own working Cocker Spaniels
